*Reimbursements are reserved for CSPs that are dedicated to Bluegrass Live Operators. CSP must maintain a 93% CA and 2 Stars for 120 days to be eligible for reimbursements, with no indications of moving to another Independent Business. Client Certification reimbursed up to maximum of $99.
