BLO contracts with Arise® to bring you an excellent work at home opportunity. This is a legitimate opportunity, if you have any questions about our admissions process, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Imagine the freedom of working at home!

No commute. No dress code. Set your own hours and work when it’s convenient for you! Our agents take inbound calls, chats and/or emails, providing customer service, technical support and/or sales for our clients. Many people think that the possibility of finding a legitimate work at home job is impossible, as a matter of fact, the most common question that people like yourself ask us is, “Is this real, is it legitimate?” There are a lot of work at home scams out there and to make it an easier decision for you, we’re proud to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau so you can rest assured that you’re joining a legitimate work at home team! Whether you are a stay at home mom or dad, a college student, looking for a full-time, permanent job or a part time job for extra income, we are the right choice for you! There’s no previous customer service experience required for this work at home job! Looking to work 15 hours a week? What about a regular 9-5 shift with 40 hours a week? Need to work more than 40 hours? We've got you covered. Life changes fast and we can change with you, adding or subtracting hours as needed, with no notice required.

Step 1:
Review our Better Business Bureau profile.

Step 2:
Review frequently asked questions.

Where will I work at?
You will work from the comfort of your own home!

How much can I earn by working at BLO?
Pay rate generally adds up to between $8 and $16 per hour with some sales and service applications providing performance incentives and bonuses.

How many hours will I work per week?
You can typically work as many hours as you desire. However there is a minimum of 20 hours per week.

How long will it take before I start earning money?
The Admissions process can be completed in as little as five days! Certification courses required to service a particular client can take between two days and several weeks to complete.

Step 3:
Review requirements.

You are required to pay for and pass a background check. Felonies and certain Misdemeanors (fraud) will disqualify you. The cost of this background check is $12.95. This fee will be reimbursed after 90 days of employment. You are not required to pay this fee until your application has been approved.

Just as if you are going to college or beauty school, you are required to cover the cost of your job training. These fees include the cost of CSP101 (Basic Customer Service Certification) and your Client Certification. The cost of CSP101 is $99 but can often be reduced to as little as $20. The cost of Client Certification varies. If you maintain at least a 90% commitment adherence during your first 90 days of employment, the CSP101 & Client Certification fees will be reimbursed to you! You are not required to pay this fee until you complete (and pass) the background check.

Did you know that when you go apply at a hiring agency or third party call center that they often make a whole lot of money during your employment? This is because they're actually getting paid $2-$5 more dollars per hour than the hourly rate that they pay you. We pass the entire amount compensated by the client on to our employees, because of this, we withhold a 7% - 10% service fee from each of your bi-weekly paychecks which are direct deposited. This is much more beneficial to you than if we took several dollars off the top of your hourly pay.

Minimum Computer Requirements

Windows Vista is NOT accepted, however Windows XP and Windows 7 are. Some clients will allow Mac OS.

Internet Connectivity Requirements
High Speed Broadband internet providers such as Cable or DSL internet services are required. Dial-Up, Wireless and Satellite internet services are not permitted to be used.

Dedicated Land-line Phone Required
MUST be a standard POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) phone line. This phone line is also known as an analog phone line. You may not use VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone lines, internet phone lines (such as Vonage), or cell phones to provide service. This phone line must be dedicated to your business with no special features such as call waiting, caller ID, voice messaging/answering machines, or fax services. You will not need long distance service on your dedicated land-line. You will need to have this dedicated land-line in place by the time you start your first client certification course.

Laptop Requirements
You can use your laptop to service clients as long as your laptop meets the minimum computer requirements. Remember, you may not use any wireless connections at any time to provide service. Your laptop must be hard wired to a supported internet connection.
